How we work

1. Apply online

Select a vehicle or equipment from our online catalog and pre-order it. If you are interested in a model that is not in stock or require another configuration, send a request in the corresponding form on the website or by e-mail to navimotorusa@gmail.com, or contact us by phone at +12245503413 or via messengers. 

2. Discussing the configuration

After receiving your request, a manager will contact you to clarify the order details, discuss the necessary configuration, and advise on search and purchase procedures, terms, and delivery conditions. 

3. Preparing a trade request

We will prepare a trade request with the model's features and configuration at an estimated cost, which can be adjusted after selecting a specific manufacturer.

4. Signing the contract

To start the vehicle searching and selecting process under your parameters from our supplier partners in the USA, you need to sign a supply contract and make an advance payment of 10% of the cost.

5. Order approval

After the model with the necessary configuration is selected, we send a detailed photo and video report. For final approval of the order, you need to sign an appendix to the contract with a specification, the vehicle’s VIN, and the final cost. You pay 40% of the contract amount at this stage.

6. Vehicle transportation

After receiving the payment, we ship the vehicle to our warehouse, where we do a full inspection and install additional equipment (if necessary). Then we arrange the shipment by sea to the agreed port. The buyer gets a shipping document with the container number and port of destination. Upon arrival at the port, we deliver the cargo to the customs terminal.

7. Customs

You pay another 40% of the contract price before customs clearance of the vehicle. At the terminal, we draw up all the necessary documents and pay all the customs costs by ourselves.

8. Delivery and handover to the buyer

The buyer must make the final payment of 10% of the contract price before the date of shipment. We deliver the order directly to your address, and after signing the certificate of acceptance and transfer, you become a happy owner of a new vehicle from the USA!

If you didn't find the model you are interested in in the catalog on the site, or if you need another complete set, just send a request for the model you need, and we will surely find it at our partners. After receiving your request, our manager will contact you to clarify the details of your order, discuss the necessary equipment and advise you on the search and ordering procedure.
The contract of sale is concluded with a resident company, which has been operating for more than one year and whose operating history can be verified. The attachment to the contract will contain the specification and the VIN number of the equipment. The buyer will also be provided with a shipping document, which indicates the container number and port of destination, and a track to track the movement of the cargo.
Delivery of products in stock is not more than 2 months. Terms of delivery of goods to order are calculated individually on request.
The cost of the manufacturer's products, excluding transportation and other costs, is shown on the site. After placing an order with the exact delivery address and agreeing on the details of the configuration, the manager will calculate the total amount of the order. The final cost of the contract will include logistics costs, insurance and customs duties.
Logistics and support during the customs clearance procedure is provided by our partner - a well-known company with a history and many years of experience. The buyer does not need to deal with customs clearance issues on his own - we take care of all the necessary paperwork and all the customs costs.
10% advance on the cost - after signing the contract to start the process of finding and selecting equipment.
40% of the contract amount - after finalizing the order and signing the annex to the contract.
40% of the contract amount - after the cargo arrival to the customs terminal before the customs clearance procedure.
10% of the contract amount - before the equipment is shipped to the buyer's address.
